If you are here to visit Swansea city centre, the famous Mumbles, the Marina, or to see one of the Grand Theatre's famous shows and events, the Singleton hotel is the ideal place to stay. It is also within easy reach of the new Aquapark and the LC2.

The Singleton is famous for its live music at weekends, popular amongst guests and the locals. Live music stops at 23:30.

There is a conference room available from 09:45. It has audiovisual facilities and can accommodate up to 16 people in a theatre-style layout and up to 10 people in a boardroom-style layout.

It is directly opposite a beach and cyclefootpath. All the en-suite rooms are furnished to a high standard. Our rooms are not large but very well presented with quality Siberian down duvets and pillows, crisp linen, tea and coffee making, TVDVD and lots of little extras that make your stay comfortable. There is a spacious guest lounge that enjoys a terrific view and a breakfast room that is quaint and well apointed. There is free Wi Fi throughout the house and in the bedrooms.There is a choice of room ranging from wonderful sea views, super king beds and ambulant disabled friendly downstairs rooms.
